Laboratory Press


   Our PLC-controlled hydraulic laboratory vulcanizing press allows for the highest quality sample production. Operating on 220 VAC, it can be plugged into a standard outlet and used in any environment. Our precision PID heating system ensures top-quality rubber and silicone sample production. Designed for mass production, our laboratory rubber press combines high hydraulic power and low energy consumption. With its automatic degassing function and analog pressure measurement, we offer all the features required in a professional press at an affordable price. Our Laboratory Press can produce rubber and silicone test samples, and cutting operations can also be performed by turning off the heaters.
 
   Thanks to its low electricity consumption and 220 VAC operation, mass production is possible in any environment. An active ventilation system removes excess heat and gases from the machine. Because the entire hydraulic system, heating, and position sensing systems are controlled by a PLC, it is also suitable for continuous operation. Even at home, it can be plugged into an outlet and used for mass production of large quantities of silicone or rubber products.
