Automatic Bangle Polishing Machine
The automatic bangle polishing machine we developed performs the polishing process of bracelets of different sizes completely automatically in a short time. Thanks to the software we developed specifically for this machine, it performs active pressure force control during the bangle polishing process. In this way, we obtain the same polishing result on bracelets of all sizes. With our automatic identification system, bracelets are analyzed when they enter the machine and equal polishing is provided on different bracelets. Thanks to equal polishing, the amount of waste that occurs during the bracelet polishing process is much lower than manual polishing. With our automatic polishing paste application system, the frequency and amount of paste application on the polishing disc can be adjusted. Thanks to the closed cabin, all waste remains inside the machine. Thus, the polishing process is completed with zero waste. It filters all waste with the vacuum system we developed with aerodynamic analysis.
